Brief Introduction

　　Jinhua ham is one of the three major brands publicly acknowledged by the world. It has always been well-known all over the world for its "Four Unique" of colour,aroma, taste and appearance, thin skin and bone, ruddy color of the meat and delicious taste. The production history dates back to 1200 years ago. According to "Supplement to Compendium of Material Medicinal the beginning of Tang Dynasty (713-742A.D.),the ham produced in Jinhua is superior.

　　The Jinhua Ham Factory is located in the city of Jinhua a central city in the middle part of Zhejiang Provincce.It enjoys the convenience of transportation, and mainly processes series of Jinhua ham and small-packing products. It was established in 1947 and up to now has had a processing history of more than 50 years, with annual processing capacity of 150000 hams. It is the leading ham-processing factory in Zhejiang Province with the longest history and the largest processing scale.

　　The enterprise enjoys the rights of self-operated export with 80% of the ham exported. The products are mainly shipped to Singapore,Malaysia,the Philippines, Hong Kong,Taiwan,Japan and so on. (The Bureau of Origin in Singapore stipulates the Jinhua hams produced only in this factory are allowed to enter the Singapore markets.)

　　The factory owns a foam of professional technical personals who have rich experience in the fields of ham processing, quality control management and marketing,Furthermore,we have very strict inspection systems in sanitary and quality,Jinhua ham matures after a long time of fermentation. Its processing induces selecting material,salting,washing,drying in the sun, finishing with knife, grading and inspecting. Every step is operated manually in traditional way. The quality is stable with quality products more than 99%.All the inspection indexes conform to the standard for export of the Inspection Bureau.

　　The Jinhua ham produced in our factory enjoys good reputation on both domestic and international markets. The Chinese central government leaders premier Zhu long Ji,Song Ping,cheng Mu Hu once visited our factory and highly appreciated the Jinhua ham.
